Monbeef
processing plant is located in Cooma, the central town of
the 'high country' Monaro region of New South Wales, Australia.
This strategic location allows Monbeef to draw cattle from
some of the best natural temperate climate areas of New
South Wales and northern Victoria.
The temperate climate, the vast open spaces, the clean air
and water and the superior soils and pastures make the environment
perfectly suited for cattle to thrive on the natural grazing
lands of the region. |
Supply
The
concentration of cattle and the diversity of production
(both beef and dairying) ensure you, our customers, of year
round supply of clean natural beef. |
Ultra-modern
plant
Through
the combination of our ultra-modern plant and the uniqueness
of our production procedures, we have proved, time and time
again, we can deliver some of the most hygienically clean
beef products from Australia. The manufacturing process
at Monbeef takes live cattle, through slaughter, boning
packaging and into the plate freezers in less than one hour,
thus effectively inhibiting bacterial growth |
